Gulberg Construction was founded in 1998 with a simple thesis: that complex projects are delivered best when the builder is at the table from day one.
Twenty-five years later, we operate as a design-build and general contracting group across the GCC, United Kingdom and North America. Our in-house engineering, planning and MEP teams allow us to compress programmes, control cost and eliminate the interface risk that plagues multi-vendor delivery.
We self-perform structural, civil and fit-out works on the majority of our projects — a deliberate strategy that keeps quality, safety and schedule in our own hands. Our repeat-client rate exceeds 70%, and our safety record consistently outperforms industry benchmarks across every market we operate in.
